Really wonderful cocktail experience. I love a classic cocktail especially gin based ones. The corpse reviver #2 was refreshing and light. Brulee Goat Cheese was a good value for what you get and really comforting on a cold day. There is something on this menu for any preference. The bar staff is exceptional. I appreciated the care in service and the humor. It was my first time visiting but I felt like a regular. I can't wait to come back! Side note: it's called parley room because it is quite literally a single room. Plan accordingly to secure a seat. I will say it seems like people turnover pretty quickly. For context, I arrived around 5pm on a Tuesday and two bar seats were open but within the hour there was turnover of at least 6 bar seats.

Omar was an absolute amazing host. He knew the menu and drinks with just a very outstanding personality that made our first experience memorable. We did Valentines day which was an absolute must. The small plates were full of flavor and the drinks were on the next level. The atmosphere is classy. Will be back for sure.

Such a unique place that takes pride in being different. The best and most unique orange crush I’ve ever had (capitol crush). Tons of creativity with drinks that never miss. Can’t find a better charcuterie board and the duck is incredible. Love it every time I visit. If you catch Omar he’s the man and will take care of you!

What a gem of a place! We were able to try it out tonight after hearing rave reviews from so many people. Small, cozy and nicely decorated. Our bartender Jake was very personable and friendly. The cocktails were ah-mazing! Jake was kind enough to let me try one of the new cocktails coming out soon. The food was great as well. Great place to stop by after work or anytime. Went there again and it was even better than the first time. Great cocktails, yummy appetizers, beautiful atmosphere. My nth time @ Parley and it never disappoints. Jade (or J/Jay), our bartender, was absolutely delightful and the cocktails, the food, the atmosphere and everything else were outstanding!

This is a must visit if you’re stopping through Annapolis or if you’re a local. The vibe is 1920’s, both in terms of decor and the cocktail menu. The appetizers are absolutely delicious and creative and there are no TVs to distract from good company. It’s located in the heart of Main Street in downtown Annapolis. You’ll enter from the stairs on the left of my Vida Taco Bar (see my photo). The drinks are great and the appetizers are absolutely delicious. The patio faces the state house so you feel like you’re getting a historic experience. Can’t recommend this business enough. (I was here at 1pm so my photos don’t show a big crowd, but at night it comes to life). If your server and bartender is Omar, you’re in good hands.

Great place, great staff. Comfortable and the cocktails were excellent. Looking forward to many trips back. The bar has been set high by the Parley Room! Omar was awesome!

Cons: need more visual display outside to signify the establishment is open. Close the curtains at least half way inside to obtain a darker and more speakeasy atmosphere. Pros: OUTSTANDING food, customer service, and drinks. Cannot recommend the place enough. If you are in town for just one day, stop by for snacks, a meal, or a drink... you will be happy you did 🤣

Stunning food,drink and service. I have never had a waiter asking "do you mind if I take your plates" David excelled in all aspects of the service. He explained everything exemplary and gave his recomendations. Top notch and good music btw. Not heard caro emerald in years😆🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Absolutely loved our experience at the Parley Room! The handcrafted cocktails were outstanding and truly made the night special. Ryan, our bartender, was incredible, friendly, genuine, and exceptionally talented. He took the time to make each drink with care and created such a fun, welcoming atmosphere. His personality and attention to detail made the entire evening memorable. If you’re looking for amazing cocktails and top-notch service, ask for Ryan. We can’t wait to come back!
